Refund & Cancellation Policy
of PeakCapitalTrading.com
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all enrollments and services related to the Peak Capital Trading Bootcamp (“Bootcamp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Bootcamp, you (“you,” “participant,” or “student”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General Refund Policy
-
All Bootcamp fees are non-refundable once the program begins, regardless of participation, attendance, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.
-
You may cancel and receive a full refund only before the Bootcamp start date.
-
Refund requests will not be approved once the scheduled Bootcamp start date has passed.
-
Refunds are limited to first-time enrollments. If you previously enrolled, canceled, and re-enrolled, you are not eligible for an additional refund.
-
Partial refunds are not provided for unused training, missed sessions, or early withdrawal.
2. Start Date Adjustments
-
You may request to adjust or defer your Bootcamp start date anytime before the Bootcamp begins, subject to seat availability.
-
Start date changes cannot be made after the program has started.
3. No Refunds After Program Start
Once the Bootcamp has begun:
-
No cancellations, refunds, credits, or deferrals will be issued under any circumstances.
-
This policy applies whether or not you attend or participate in any portion of the program.
-
Failure to attend any session does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
4. Payment Obligations
-
By enrolling, you agree to pay all Bootcamp fees in full.
-
If you enroll using a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed even if you stop attending.
-
Non-payment may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Refund Processing
-
Refunds (when eligible before the Bootcamp start date) will be issued to the original payment method.
-
Refund amounts may be reduced by third-party payment processor fees (typically 3.2% or more). We refund the full amount we receive; however, your bank or payment provider may retain fees that we cannot control.
6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
-
Chargebacks are not a substitute for following this Refund Policy.
-
Any attempt to dispute a valid Bootcamp payment as “fraudulent” after services or materials have been delivered may be considered a breach of this policy and our Terms of Service.
-
We reserve the right to deny future enrollment to any participant who abuses the refund process or initiates unwarranted chargebacks.
7. Legal Notice
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
